Wow...I don't know about you but Ricky Gervais was hilarious! I just wanted throw that out. I threw everything out the window this weekend. I ate bad, did not exercise, sat on my ass watching Ricky Gervais make fun of A-listers in front of their faces and while doing that I still lost....1.8 lbs!!! Woo Hoo!!! That makes me, 165.8. I was feeling bad for falling off the wagon, until I stepped on the scale.
This weekend, my Follow Through Sisters have made me realize something. I shouldn't be so hard on myself. I snacked and was lazy yesterday. I don't regret what I did, (it was hard though). But at the same token, I am going to follow through with the rest of my journey. I said I am only going to cheat ONE day not the whole weekend. I am going to get back on track. I want to see another week of an almost 2 lb weight loss. I would like to be 160 by Superbowl. Maybe I can save all my cheat days for Superbowl Sunday. Thanksgiving binge eating has nothing on Superbowl Sunday in my house!
So I know I am throwing out random ideas and confusing the hell out of you. But some how in my brain it all makes sense. So, I will be in El Paso this week. This is going to be so tempting to blow my diet. I have planned to pack fruits, vegtables, some lunch meat, nuts, raisins, you know the basics. I do fairly ok when I am in El Paso, until my dealers want to meet for happy hour or dinner, which in El Paso will consist of chips, salsa, flautas and 300 calorie margaritas. I will try and stay away from the, oh so good Mexican food and eat healthy. I know what you're thinking, is there healthy in El Paso? Because there is basically nothing to do in El Paso, there are numerous restaurants. One of my favorites has sushi happy hour...don't judge me. Yes in fact I eat sushi in El Paso and I LOVE IT!
Plus, exercise...I will definitely do spin tomorrow morning. But the treadmill in the hotel and myself DO NOT get along. How can someone who can run a 10k, run out of breath at the 2 mile mark on a treadmill? I don't get it? I will check out a gym that's somewhat in the middle of town and get a schedule of classes. If I stick to my exercise schedule some how this week and behave myself with the caloric intake...it should be VERY promising next Monday.
So the goals I post today will be for the whole week. I will journal every morning to let my Sisters know how I am doing. Have a fabulous week, and thank you for letting my be apart of this. I definitely get a sense of community with my fellow Follow Through Sisters. I look forward to reading everyone's blogs every day. As I sign off, I will take a line from the email I send out to my buyers every morning...LET'S GO TEAM!!!!

Melanie you make me laugh! I've actually had some of the best sushi in Shreveport, LA. They made these fried Philadelphia rolls that were amazing!
