January 16th
First off...HAPPY MLK DAY!! Today is exactly a month away from...CANCUN!!!! I am so excited. But I am so not ready for a bathing suit. So, what I started today is a rigid workout and eating program. I know I do this ALL the time...and then I crash and burn. And I always say, "This time I am going to stick to it!!". Well it takes about a dozen times to brake bad habits, and I think I am on a bakers dozen. So here is the plan, Stan:
**Workout--I plan to workout 5x a week. Spin class 3 days a week, run 2 days a week and 20 minutes of weight training after my cardio workouts. If I miss a class or run I will complete an insanity DVD.
**Diet--NO FRIED FOODS AND NO DRINKING!!! I am going to limit my carb intake in the evening. I am going to log everything in my WW app. No diet cokes or sugar. I plan to break up my meals and eat six times a day.
**Cheat Days--I have three cheat days, I am going to give myself. I plan to cheat next Saturday, for Adam's wrestling banquet. They are serving enchiladas...I can't say no to that, right? I also will cheat the weekend of the Super Bowl. That Saturday, my cousins and I will be staying the night in ABQ to shop, drink and shop a little more. Then Sunday is the big game...do I have to explain what goes on that day??? But besides those days, it's STRICT, STRICT, STRICT!!!
You are probably thinking, "Well, shouldn't this have been her regular schedule all a long?". Honestly, I have been pretty lazy for about a month and half. I am getting back to it, because I notice my belly growing and a double chin coming on. I figure, I work it until the trip, it gives me some room if I gain weight over the five days of Margaritas, Chips and Salsa!!!
I really want to stick to this plan after the trip. I need to get back on track, I can't make any more excuses. I am glad I am going on this trip...yes because it shows the hard work from 2011. But because it makes me GET BACK ON TRACK!!! I was really acting like a big'ol fat man. I can't throw everything I have accomplished out the window. So...here I goooo!!!!!
Let's go team!!!

Happy New Year!!
January 4th
Another year has come and gone. I really don't think I am going to change any goals. I am just going to continue working on me this year. This year's goals revolve around challenging myself. I will focus on three areas in my life; fitness, clutter, and work.
Fitness goals this year include two big events. I plan to complete a FULL marathon in October. To help me accomplish this, I plan to run three half marathons this year. I wanted to run the El Paso, but they moved it up a month (to February) and I have not started running yet. (Tomorrow is my first day back!). I also have another event I am going to prepare for this summer, and that is a mini-tri. I figure, if I am continually training, I won't fail in losing more weight. I really just want to tone and tighten this body up. I have accepted the fact that I will NEVER be super skinny and to be honest, I don't think I really want to be super skinny. I want to be that girl that others say, "Wow, look at those arms!", or "Damn, I want those calves.". It's not going to happen over night, but it will happen.
Clutter is something I am just used to. Clutter and being unorganized fits both my personal life and my work life. I have this desk that I cleaned a half dozen times and it is still morphins into a hot mess. I also have a rats nest of papers that need to be shredded. (That was a goal from last year, I never accomplished!) My car is a mess, my portfolio for work is a mess, my bathroom (only my side) is a mess...you getting the picture, right? Slowly, I will take over the mess, clutter, unorganization, in my life one day at a time.
Work, work, work. Without getting into the details, I want to tackle a few things. We are moving towards a different direction with our company. I want to be the rep that leads by example. By doing this, I will make more appointments and set dealers accountable. I will be the expert of all our products. Without boring you...I have a lot I want to accomplish and it must be done quick.
Ladies, I vow to blog at least once a week...to keep myself on track. Thank you for the support!
Goals
**Workout (morning/evening)
**See all my dealers
**Wash my car
My 5's
>>Sweating
>>Fruit
>>Sleep
>>Night cream
>>Guidance and advice from the mother of all FT'ers...
