February 19th
I really cherish my weekends. I had a nice quite weekend with my family. I worked out both Saturday and Sunday. I helped clean the baseball fields. I am team mom! I baked cookies and cooked for my family. Oh, one highlight of this weekend was talking to the mayor. We had a mandatory parents meeting for little league. I got to speak to the mayor for a few minutes. We discussed the "mural" issue. I voiced my concerns. We also spoke about the lack of businesses in town. Apparently the old mayor has been trying to get a grocery store in. He wants to continue to get businesses in. We are getting a hospital in a year or so. With that CVS is coming in. I wish I had spoken to the mayor a little longer than I did. It was a good weekend. I cheated both days with my food intake. But I spun and ran like a mad woman. I am tired. I still need to get my sales call notes in. I hope you ladies have a great week!!

Mel, you are Wonder Woman & downright fantastic! So glad you're super involved with your kiddos; they'll be great citizens because of your dedication. And hooray ole for getting to speak with the person who you'll replace as mayor! Congrats!
